Fluid Script Studios does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on digital products, including but not limited to downloadable items, once purchased. Products offered by Fluid Script Studios are fulfilled by Printify. As such, returns and exchanges are not accepted for reasons including, but not limited to, ordering the wrong size, color, or changing your mind after purchase. In the event that a product is received in a damaged condition or due to a manufacturing defect, Printify provides a remedy in the form of a replacement or a refund. To be eligible for such remedy, the customer must notify Fluid Script Studios within 30 days from the date of delivery of the product.

To initiate a claim for a replacement or refund, the customer must contact Fluid Script Studios by email at info@fluidscriptstudios.com, providing a clear and detailed photograph that evidences the damage or manufacturing error. Upon receipt of the required documentation, Fluid Script Studios will process the claim and determine whether a replacement or refund is warranted.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, and video clips, is owned by or licensed to Fluid Script Studios or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
