
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All products sold by Fluid Script Studios are produced and fulfilled by our third-party production partner, Printify. Each item is made to order specifically for the customer.
Returns and Exchanges
Because all products are made to order, Fluid Script Studios does not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:

Ordering the incorrect size

Ordering the incorrect color

Change of mind after purchase
Please review product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Products
If a product arrives damaged or defective due to a manufacturing error, our fulfillment partner Printify may issue a replacement or refund.
To request assistance, you must contact Fluid Script Studios within 30 days of the product’s delivery date. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
To submit a claim, please email info@fluidscriptstudios.com and include:

A brief description of the issue

A clear photo showing the damage or defect
Once the issue is verified, the claim will be submitted to our fulfillment partner. If the claim is approved, Printify will provide a replacement item or issue a refund according to their fulfillment policies.
Policy Scope
Fluid Script Studios does not independently process returns or refunds. All approved resolutions for damaged or defective products are handled through our fulfillment partner as part of the order production process.
